Welcome to the experience of multiple communication channels in MindFireInc's Integrated Marketing Platform. We put you in the seat of your prospect or customer/donor.

  1. On our next fortnightly Experience run, using the address you provide, we post you a card. It is representative of the first touch in a cross-media campaign (we are sure your creatives will do better than we did).
  2. You will then use the personal URL (pURL) on the card to visit your personal microsite on the web.
  3. On your microsite you will engage in the conversation through to completion (just 4 screens) and observe the value of it to both parties.
  4. A day later, using the email address you provide, we send you a follow up Thank You email.
  5. We will also send an SMS if you provided your a number in the MOBILE field.
  6. Having received an automatic notification of your microsite visit, a business day after that we call you, at the PHONE number you gave, to discuss your experience and answer any questions.
And that was how one of your recipients would experience a typical campaign. We haven't included channels such as social media, mobiles (apart from SMS), nor any of the options available to tailor a campaign to a specific purpose. Nor have we included any of the extensive metrics captured during the process.
